TLE8457BLE

The TLE8457BLE is a monolithic integrated LIN transceiver with low drop-out voltage regulator in the TSON-8 package.

TLE8457BLE supplies microcontroller and peripherals with stable 3.3 V (70 mA). Offers undervoltage reset, LIN 2.2A, SAE J2602 compliance. Ultra low standby current of 20 μA. Power-saving mode for fault conditions. Infineon BiCMOS technology provides ESD robustness and EMC. AEC qualified for automotive. Different variants available (see family overview table).
