TLS805B1SJV is a low quiescent current regulator with input range of 2.75V to 42V, ideal for automotive applications. Adjustable output voltage, 2% accuracy, and 50mA current capability. Requires just 1μF ceramic capacitor for stability. Enable feature for on/off control, consuming <1μA. Suitable for systems during cranking. Includes internal protection for current limitation and over-temperature shutdown.
