The TLE7259-3LE is a transceiver for the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) with integrated wake-up and protection features.

TLE7259-3: For in-vehicle networks (2.4-20kbps). Bus driver between protocol controller and LIN network. Compliant to LIN standards, wide supply range. Supports modes, controls external components. Sleep mode: <8μA quiescent current, wakes up on LIN bus traffic, local wake-up. Low leakage current on BUS pin. Infineon SPT for ESD robustness, high EMC. Low emission, battery voltage independent. AEC qualified for automotive.
