TLE4473G V53

The TLE4473G V53 is a monolithic integrated volt. regulator with 2 very low-drop outputs, Q1 for loads up to 300 mA and Q2 providing a max. of 180 mA.

Input voltage range: 5.6V ≤ VI ≤ 45V. TLE 4473 GV53: VQ2 = 5.0V (±2%), VQ1 = 3.3V (±3%). TLE 4473 GV52: VQ1 = 2.6V (±3%). Dual 5V output available (TLE 4473 GV55). Flexible power management with 2 inhibit pins. Independent enable/disable for reduced consumption. Quiescent current < 1µA with both outputs off. TLE 4473 offers overload, short circuit, and over-temperature protection for automotive applications.
