XENSIV™ - TLE4998C3 highly accurate linear Hall IC for angle and position detection with SPC signal

The linear sensor TLE4998C is designed for accurate angle/position detection & current measurement. It provides a digital SPC signal using SENT protocol. Operation modes: range selection & ID selection for up to 4 ICs on a single output line. Output is open-drain, needing external pull-up. Produced in BiCMOS with high voltage capability & reverse-polarity protection. 16-bit DSP architecture for digital signal processing with long-term stability.
