MOTIX™ TLE4209G is H-bridge driver designed for automotive headlight beam control and industrial servo control applications with DC-brush motor loads

The part uses DOPL bipolar high voltage power technology. Its PG-DSO-14 package is standard, enhancing power and saving space. Lead- and halogen-free, it offers programmable servo-loop parameters and an internal window-comparator for fault detection. The TLE4209G ensures immediate motor stoppage in case of faults like short circuits, broken wires, and over/under voltage. With built-in features, it finds applications in automotive sector.
