TLE42694-2EL

The TLE42694-2EL is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator,especially designed for automotive applications.

Regulated to 5.0V, this component handles input voltage up to 45V (with reverse polarity protection). It can drive loads up to 150mA. Internal features prevent damage from overloads. Reset signal generated for VQ,rt (typically 4.65V), adjustable with external resistor divider. Program reset delay time with external delay capacitor.
