The TLE7273-2E V50 with integrated window watchdog and reset is dedicated for microcontroller supplies under harsh automotive environment conditions.

TLE7273-2: Ultra-low quiescent current for battery-connected applications. Shutdown capability via Enable input (<3µA current consumption). Equipped with output current limitation, overtemperature shutdown. Protects against overload, short circuit, over-temperature. Wide junction temperature range: -40°C to 150°C.
