The MOTIX™ TLE4207G is a protected Dual-Half-Bridge-Driver designed specially for automotive and industrial motion control applications

The Infineon DOPL technology powers the built-in high voltage part. The actuator (DC motor) connects directly to the half-bridges. Modes: forward, reverse, brake, high impedance. The power PG-DSO-14-22 package saves space and costs. Features include diagnosis, voltage lockout, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, low standby current. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
