TLE4263G

TLE4263G is a 5-V low drop voltage regulator in a SMD package PG-DSO-14-30, PG-DSO-20-35, or G-DSO-8-16. The maximum input voltage is 45 V.

The IC provides a maximum output current of over 200mA and includes short-circuit and overtemperature protection. It regulates input voltage (6V < VI < 45V) to VQ,nom = 5.0V and generates a reset signal for VQ,rt < 4.5V, adjustable to 3.5V. The integrated watchdog logic supervises the microcontroller, and the inhibit input enables switching off, reducing current consumption to 0μA from 900μA.
