TLE42994G

The TLE42994G is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator, especially designed for automotive applications that need to be in ON state during the car’s engine is turned off.

Input voltage up to 45V is regulated to 3.3V output. Handles loads up to 150mA. Short-circuit protection, over temperature shutdown, and reset signal for VQrt (typically 3.1V). Programmable power-on reset delay. Sense comparator for voltage monitoring and under-voltage detection. Enable/disable function reduces current to <1uA when disabled.
