TLE6389-2G V50

The TLE6389-2G V50 step-down DC-DC switching controllers provide high efficiency over loads ranging from 1mA up to 2.5A.

The TLE6389 utilizes a unique PWM/PFM control scheme with up to 100% duty cycle, resulting in low dropout voltage and no minimum load requirements. It drives an external P-channel MOSFET, offering design flexibility for up to 12.5W output power and supports input voltages up to 60V. The adjustable version, TLE6389-2GV, can be shut down via the Enable input, reducing input current to <2μA.
