XENSIV™ - TLE4953C magnetic speed sensor for transmission and ABS systems

The Infineon XENSIV TLE4953 differential magnetic Hall Effect sensor provides precise rotational speed & direction data to modern transmission & ABS systems. Its two-wire current interface uses Pulse Width Modulation for accuracy, sensitivity & EMC resilience in harsh automotive conditions. Integrated BiCMOS technology ensures easy manufacturing & eliminates magnetic offsets. Overmolded with 1.8 nF capacitor for improved EMI performance.
