TLE4269GM

The OPTIREG™ Linear TLE4269GM is an automotive voltage regulator with a 5 V fixed output in a PG‑DSO‑14 package. The maximum operating voltage is 45 V

The TLE4269 can drive a 150mA load and has short-circuit protection. It includes thermal shutdown and generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V with integrated pull-up resistors. The TLE4279GM offers similar functionality without integrated resistors. It also provides input voltage supervision using an integrated comparator for a low voltage warning.
