XENSIV™ - TLE4997E linear Hall sensor for highly accurate rotation and position detection

Infineon's TLE4997 linear Hall IC meets demands for accurate rotation/position detection and current measurement. It offers a ratiometric analog output voltage, ideal for Analog-to-Digital (A/D) conversion using the supply voltage as reference. Produced in BiCMOS tech with high voltage capability and reverse polarity protection. 16-bit DSP and digital temperature compensation ensure stability over time. Resolution ranges from 12 to 20 bits.
