The TLE4254EJ S is a monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator with high accuracy in small PG- DSO-8 packages.
The IC supplies off-board systems in automotive applications with protection functions. It operates with supply voltages up to 40V and provides accurate output voltage based on a reference voltage applied at the adjust input. The output can drive loads up to 70mA, following the 5V output of a main voltage regulator as a reference.
