The S29GL128S90TFI013 is a 128 Mb (16 MB), 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers random access times of 90 ns and page access as fast as 15 ns, with a 16-bit data bus and versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, advanced sector protection, and 100,000 program/erase cycles with 20-year data retention.
