S29GL128S90FHA020

The S29GL128S90FHA020 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology on a 65 nm process. It features a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V), 16-bit data bus, and asynchronous random access as fast as 90 ns. A 512-byte programming buffer, single-bit ECC, and advanced sector protection enable up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. Designed for embedded systems, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 2 and 3 standards for reliability.
