The S29PL127J70BFI040 is a 128 Mbit, 3 V Page Mode Flash memory with Enhanced VersatileIO™, supporting simultaneous read/write across four banks for zero-latency operation. Page access times are as fast as 20 ns, random access down to 55 ns, and supply voltage is 2.7–3.6 V with I/O at 1.8 V or 3 V. Typical standby current is 0.2 μA, and active read current is 45 mA at 10 MHz. Sector and password protection make it ideal for high-speed embedded storage.
