The S29GL01GS12TFIV20 is a 1 Gb (128 MB), 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC, and asynchronous page-mode reads with 120 ns random access and 25 ns page access. With a 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC for single-bit error correction, and advanced sector protection, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years data retention.
