It retains data for 151 years at 60°C and operates from 1.71 V to 1.89 V. Supporting SPI up to 20 MHz, it offers advanced write protection and low-power modes. The 8-pin GQFN package is rated for commercial temperature range, making it ideal for rapid-write industrial and data collection applications.
