It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to +85°C, with 25 ns access time. Data is automatically STOREd on power-down using an external 68 uF VCAP capacitor and RECALLed on power-up; it supports 20-year retention, 1 million STORE cycles, and infinite SRAM reads/writes.
