The TLE4252D is a monolithic integrated low-drop voltage tracking regulator in a very small SMD package PG-TO252-5-11.

TLE4252: Designed for automotive off-board systems. Reverse polarity, short circuit protection. Output voltage follows reference voltage (up to 40V). Drive loads up to 250mA. Stand-by mode for low current consumption. Ideal for low-power battery applications.
