XENSIV™ - TLE5009 E2010 angle sensor immune to airgap variations
TLE5009: Analog angle sensor with GMR elements for sine and cosine angles (0-360°). Temperature compensated, constant output voltage over a wide range. For differential applications, uses A/D-converter dynamic range with the same supply as reference. Types: TLE5009-E2000 & TLE5009-E2010 (5 V), TLE5009-E1000 & TLE5009-E1010 (3.3 V). TLE5009-E2010 & TLE5009-E1010 have improved angular accuracy with production trimming at two temperatures.
