TLE7241E

The TLE 7241E is a dual channel constant current control solenoid driver with integrated DMOS power transistors

The device allows programming of the average load current from 0 to 1000 mA with 10-bit resolution and utilizes a hysteretic control scheme for regulation. It also supports a programmable triangular "dither" waveform via SPI interface and provides protection from over-current, overvoltage, and over-temperature conditions, along with diagnostic capabilities for load status.
