TLE42994E

The TLE42994E is especially designed for automotive applications that need to be in ON state during the car’s engine is turned off.

The TLE42994E regulates up to 45V to 5.0V output, driving loads up to 150mA. It includes short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, and a reset signal for 4.65V output. The power-on reset delay time can be programmed, and it has an additional sense comparator for undervoltage conditions. The PG-SSOP-14 exposed pad package has an enable function, consuming less than 1µA when disabled.
