The TLE6389-3G V50 step-down DC-DC switching controllers provide high efficiency over loads ranging from 1mA up to 2.5A.
The TLE6389 utilizes PWM/PFM control for low dropout voltage and no minimum load requirements. It drives an external P-channel MOSFET for design flexibility up to 12.5W output power. With high switching frequency, it allows the use of small inductors, reducing system costs.
