The Infineon linear sensor TLE4998P3C meets rotation & position detection and current measurement needs. It has integrated capacitors for EMC requirements. Output is digital PWM, suitable for direct decoding by units measuring duty cycle. External pull-up resistor needed for high level. 16-bit DSP with digital temp compensation ensures stability. PWM frequency range: 122 Hz to 1953 Hz.
