STM32H562RIT6 Microcontroller, Cortex M33, 2048/640 KB, LQFP-64

The STM32H562xx and STM32H563xx modules are a powerful family of microcontrollers (STM32H5 series) based on the powerful Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core. They operate at a frequency of up to 250 MHz. The Cortex®-M33 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. The Cortex®-M33 core implements a full set of digital signal processing (DSP) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances application security.

The modules include integrated high-speed memory (up to 2 MB of dual-bank flash memory and 640 KB of SRAM), a flexible external memory controller (FMC) for devices with 100-pin enclosures and more, an OctoSPI memory interface (at least one Quad-SPI is available on all enclosures) and an extensive range of advanced I/Os and peripherals that are connected to three APB buses, three AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix are connected.
