The S25FL127SABNFI703 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI interfaces, up to 54 MBps read speed and 800 KBps page programming. Sector options include 4 KB, 64 KB, or uniform 256 KB, with 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector and minimum 20-year data retention.
