The STM32H535xx modules are a powerful family of microcontrollers (STM32H5 series) based on the powerful Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core. They operate at a frequency of up to 250 MHz. The Cortex®-M33 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. The Cortex®-M33 core implements a full set of digital signal processing (DSP) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances application security.

The modules feature high-speed memory (up to 512 KB of flash memory and 274 KB of SRAM), an OctoSPI flash memory interface, a wide range of advanced I/Os, peripheral devices connected to three APB busses, three AHB busses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
