It leverages Infineon’s patented HSC topology and high-performance MOSFET technology to deliver high efficiency, high power density, and strong reliability while reducing component stress in thermally demanding applications. It operates from −40 °C to +125 °C in an industry-standard 41.8 × 18.8 × 7.7 mm package and offers a PMBus command set for digital control and telemetry.
