Aim-TTi TF960 6GHz Universal Frequency Counter

The Aim-TTi TF960 Universal Counter is a portable, battery operated universal counter designed for engineers who require high accuracy frequency and timing measurements across an exceptionally wide range. Featuring a large 10 digit LCD and a measurement span up to 6GHz, it supports multiple functions including frequency, period, pulse width, ratio, and event counting. A high quality temperature compensated internal reference provides excellent stability, maintaining better than ±1 ppm over the full operating temperature range.

Engineers benefit from fully configurable input options, including AC/DC coupling, selectable 1MΩ or 50Ω input impedance, threshold control, and a low pass filter for enhanced low frequency stability. Three dedicated inputs cover ranges up to 125MHz (Input A), 3GHz (Input B) and over 6GHz (Input C), ensuring versatility across RF, digital and mixed signal applications.
