Aim-TTi ATG1005 5MHz DDS Function Generator

The ATG1005 5MHz DDS Function Generator is designed to meet the requirements of design, test and educational environments, the ATG1005 provides high quality DDS waveforms with Sweep and FSK/PSK modulation. It delivers sine, square and pulse waveforms across the full 1mHz to 5MHz range, with triangle waveforms available up to 500kHz. Resolution is 9 digits with better than 10ppm accuracy, and engineers can adjust symmetry or duty cycle from 1% to 99% for square and pulse signals.

A comprehensive suite of modulation and sweep capabilities makes the ATG1005 highly versatile. Linear or logarithmic sweeps with single or dual slope from 0.1Hz to maximum frequency, selectable over time spans from 100ms to 999s are possible. It also supports FSK and PSK modulation with coherent switching between two defined values, triggered from the front panel or via the digital interface. A dedicated Sync output is also provided.

Designed for practical bench use, the ATG1005 features an intuitive touch screen GUI with customisable display options, supported by hard keys and a rotary control for flexible operation. USB connectivity with SCPI command support allows seamless integration into automated test systems, and compatibility with Aim TTi Test Bridge software enables remote control of up to four instruments. Housed in a compact aluminium case, it offers robust construction and minimal bench footprint, ideal for laboratories and R&D workspaces.
