Alpha Robotics Amy Plus AI Service Robot

The Alpha Robotics Amy Plus is a service robot developed for front of house roles across environments including retail, education, healthcare facilities and public venues. It is designed to support customer interaction, information delivery and guided assistance in high footfall locations.

The system detects users through multi-directional human sensing and can perform facial recognition to initiate engagement. Integrated voice interaction enables it to handle enquiries, provide explanations and support consultation functions without manual input.

For navigation, Amy Plus uses LiDAR sensing to operate within complex indoor spaces. It can localise itself, plan routes and dynamically adjust movement using the obstacle avoidance algorithms that respond to changing surroundings.

An integrated 21.5" high definition touchscreen allows direct user interaction and content presentation. This supports applications such as product look-up, navigation guidance, video display and on-device advertising, enabling both operational and commercial use.

Amy Plus uses open SDK and API access, allowing the robot to be adapted for specific deployment requirements. This supports integration with external systems and the development of customised functions aligned to individual use cases.
