Cable cutters tried and tested millions of times for circular and longitudinal cuts, the cutting depth can be individually adjusted via a screw, thereby preventing damage to the inner conductors. Handle cups made from wear-resistant polyamide. Both the tips of the internal cable cutters and the cutting edges of the attached bow-type blades are coated with titanium nitride. At a temperature of approximately 500°C, titanium nitride is deposited onto the cutting blade in the vacuum chamber using the PVD process. The reduced surface texture and extremely high hardness result in excellent sliding properties and high resistance to wear and abrasion. TiN-coated blades offer significantly greater durability and cutting performance.
