L6498D High/low-side MOSFET/IGBT 2.5A SOIC-8

L6498D from the L6498 family is a high- and low-side gate driver for MOSFETs and IGBTs. This half-bridge driver provides two output channels, 2 A source and 2.5 A sink peak current, and supports an offset voltage up to 500 V. With CMOS/TTL-compatible 3.3 V and 5 V inputs, UVLO, an integrated bootstrap diode, interlock function and an SOIC-8 package, the L6498D is suitable for half-bridge circuits, switched-mode power supplies, motor control and other power electronics applications.
