This Y-splitter is used to connect a mobile phone or laptop to active boxes when they are located some distance from each other. The stereo signal is split into two mono channels, so that they are controlled separately. Both channels are marked in colour.

The high-quality REAN® by NEUTRIK® metal connectors are screw-on and protected against damage by a nickel coating. The contacts are gold-plated to prevent corrosion.

The conductor cross-section of 0.22 mm² and a braided shield made of bare copper strands ensure loss-free transmission. The length of the cable in front of the splice is approx. 15 cm and this is protected against damage by a strain-relieving fastening.
