IR21531DPBF Half-bridge gate driver 600V 260mA PDIP-8

IR21531DPBF from the IR21531 family is a self-oscillating high- and low-side half-bridge gate driver for MOSFETs and IGBTs. It provides two output channels, 0.18 A source and 0.26 A sink peak current, and supports an offset voltage up to 600 V. With an integrated RC oscillator, typical 0.6 µs dead time, UVLO and an integrated bootstrap diode, the IR21531DPBF is suitable for half-bridge circuits, lamp ballasts, switched-mode power supplies and other power electronics applications.
