650 V CoolMOS™ 8 power transistor The 650 V CoolMOS™ 8 SJ MOSFETs series is the successor to the 650 V CoolMOS™ 7 MOSFET family including C7 and CFD7. It comes with better efficiency compare to its predeccesor. 650 V CoolMOS™ 8 offers the additional 50 V buffer to fulfill the requirement of higher power applications. Beside these advantages, it also includes fast body diode across whole portfolio.

The CFD DDA multi-core cable is used to connect devices with Tascam assignment. In terms of pin assignment, the cable is perfectly matched to Tascam DSUB 25 (DA88). The 2 D-Sub 25-pin male plugs are included with a metal enclosure.

The twisted double-layer shades made of tin-plated copper, together with a tin-plated braided shield, are characteristic of the CMD 8 used by Cordial for the CFD DDA. Guaranteed excellent signal transmission, both analogue and DMX.
