The IFX24401TE V50 is a monolithic integrated low-drop voltage regulator for load currents up to 300 mA.
The IFX24401 is designed for harsh environments, ensuring stable operation with low ESR ceramic output capacitors down to 470 nF. It's protected against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature, ideal for battery-powered applications with ultra-low stand-by current consumption of 20 µA (typ.). Additionally, it features integrated output sink current circuitry for device protection.
