The BBC micro:bit is a single-board computer originally designed for school purposes only. However, due to the great demand, the pocket-sized computer is not only also available on the free market, but also in a second version.

The mini computer 40 x 50 mm in size is aimed at beginners as well as experienced hobbyists. Four programming interfaces are available for the development board: Code Kingdoms JavaScript, Microsoft Blocks, Microsoft Touch Develop and MicroPython.
