8-Bit, 1Msps, R-2R Digital-to-Analog Converter IP

The AT22PDAC00010816SDSGA0 is an ultra-compact, 8-bit, 1Msps, R-2R digital-to-analog converter (D/A or DAC) IP that operates at a supply voltage of 1.8V with high accuracy and monotonicity using TSMC's T22ULP (22nm Ultra-Low Power) process technology.

The R-2R ladder architecture provides fast transitions and very small offset errors. Integrated level-up shifter allows direct connection to logic circuits operating at core voltage. DAC-enabled control (DACE) saves power consumption by disabling the DAC and releasing the IC pin connected to the DAC output for other functions (ADC input, comparator input, GPIO, etc.).
