AVR16LA32

The AVR16LA32 is part of the low-voltage AVR LA microcontroller family featuring the AVR® CPU with a hardware multiplier, running up to 20 MHz, and with 16 KB Flash, 2 KB SRAM, and 512B of EEPROM in 32-pin packages. Supporting a supply voltage range from 1.62V all the way up to 5.5V, the AVR16LA32 microcontroller is suitable for both low- and standard voltage environments.

The Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC) is offering enhanced noise suppression capabilities, ensuring reliable touch sensing even in challenging conditions. Additionally, the family boasts a high pin-to-touch channel ratio having touch capabilities on almost every pin, enabling efficient utilization of available pins for touch functionality and maximizing design versatility.

The AVR LA family is available in 32KB and 16KB Flash memory and in 14-, 20-, 28- and 32-pins packages.
