The TX-506 series TCXO offers high frequency combined with very low phase noise, achieving a noise floor of -174 dBc/Hz. The TX-506 is available with CMOS and sinewave output. The low phase noise oscillator uses a direct crystal frequency to avoid subharmonics. The analog TCXO IC incorporates the latest compensation technology to achieve tight stability from -40°C to 85°C.
