Microchip's TX-802 Temperature Compersated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) is a quartz stabilized, clipppepd sine wave or CMOS output, 6th order analog temperature compensated oscillator, operating off a 2.8 to 3.3 volt supply in a 5x3.2 mm ceramic. The TX-802 offers an excellent Temperature Stability up to +105°C combined with low phase noise and is suitable for portable radios and 1588 applications.
