DSA1500

The DSA1500 family is an industry’s leading MEMS oscillator which offers excellent jitter and stability performance at a very low power over a wide range of supply voltage (1.71V to 3.63V) and temperature (–40°C to +125°C). The device operates from 2.3 MHz to 170 MHz with 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltage and from 2.3 MHz to 125 MHz with 1.8V supply voltage.

The devices incorporate an all-silicon resonator that is extremely robust. A MEMS-based design allows for a higher level of reliability, making the DSA150x/DSA152x ideal for demanding automotive applications where stress, shock, and vibrations can damage quartz crystal-based systems. Available in industry standard packages, the DSA150x/DSA152x can be a drop-in replacement to standard crystal oscillators.
