The vrt-dvd is a complete semiconductor database for all kinds of components on DVD in the current version 2020. besides searching and selecting by type designation, type, manufacturer, package shape, SMD code and text for all components, you can also select by freely selectable parameters for transistors, diodes, thyristors, triacs, UJT, FET and DIAC. The new updated database in the version includes the data of integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, diodes, FETs, thyristors, UJTs, operational amplifiers, voltage regulators,... with all important data, comparison types, housing types, manufacturer information, pin assignment and if available the original data sheet in PDF ® format.

Content:

over 102.000 diodes over 83,000 FETs over 139.000 transistors over 18,000 thyristors over 145,000 integrated circuits divided into different data sheets.

In addition, all registered users of the software have access to the vrt (ICs), tdv (transistors, FETs) and ddv (diodes, thyristors, triac) databases of the online database at www.ecadata.de for 1 year. You can also order online access to the other online available databases CMOS (Digital CMOS/TTL/ECL ICs), LIN (Linear Components) or OPTO (Optical Components). You will then additionally receive online access to the corresponding database for one year.
