AWM3100V Flow sensor, amplified, 0 - 0.2 slpm

Like the AWM2000 series, double Wheatstone bridges control air flow measurement. The AWM3000 series is amplified; it can therefore be used to increase the gain and to feed voltage offsets into the sensor output. It also includes a heater control circuit and sensor bridge power supply circuit. Micro-bridge air flow meters from the AWM series are not designed to detect liquid flows, and will be damaged by liquid flowing through the sensor.
