0391 0001-08 Ceramic relative pressure sensor 25 bar

The pressure sensors of the DS-KE-R series are ceramic measuring cells in thick-film technology for measuring static and dynamic relative pressures in liquids or gases. Typical applications are in the field of pneumatics and hydraulics as well as in industrial applications.

Due to the ceramic (Al2O3) material the sensor has an excellent resistance against aggressive and corrosive media.

With 14 graduated measuring range variants, the delivery spectrum covers the entire pressure range from 1.6 bar to 600 bar FS. The external dimensions of all types are the same, so that they fit into the same mechanical housing construction.

The sensor is designed as a Wheatstone full bridge. The output signal is a pressure-dependent differential voltage which can be further processed directly with an instrumentation amplifier or ASIC.

The sensor is temperature compensated, so that in most applications the circuitry complexity is reduced to a simple zero and gain adjustment.
